• required: Eclipse and Java 6 or higher
• install MercurialEclipse Plugin
• install m2eclipse Plugin
• install Scala Plugin [nightly build is required as of 2010–04–08] eclipse update site: http://www.scala-lang.org/scala-eclipse-plugin-nightly
• in Eclipse: “File” >> “New” >> “Project” >> Mercurial >> “Clone Existing Mercurial Repository”
• Repository URL 
  • developers with commit rights: ssh://USERNAME@dbpedia.hg.sourceforge.net/hgroot/dbpedia/extraction_framework
  • read-only access: http://dbpedia.hg.sourceforge.net:8000/hgroot/dbpedia/extraction_framework
• If eclipse reports errors, try:
  • Right-click on the project and choose: Maven >> “Enable Dependency Managment”
